When you purchase your new home with a Century 21 Realtor in our program, you will receive 20% of the commission amount credited back to you at the close of escrow. When you sell ANY PROPERTY you will receive 25% of the commission amount credited back to you at the close of escrow. The amount of the credit varies based on the purchase price and the commission percentage determined by the seller. When your mortgage closes, our partner will refund up to $500 in loan fees and give you 10%-40% in savings with Affinity Partners 30 days from close of escrow!1

The Century 21 Affinity Program is a national program in the United States serving participating CU members regardless of the member’s location. Only licensed Century 21 Brokers and Agents of the C21 serving office may participate in this program per the exclusive agreement between Affinity-Approved Credit Unions and Century 21. However the 20%/25% commission credit applies only to the real estate purchase made within the 9 Bay Area counties (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma). For purchase outside the 9 Bay Area counties the commission credit percentage will vary and is determined by the local C21 broker.

WHAT IS THE AFFINITY PROGRAM AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Affinity Program is a special discount program for members of Affinity-Approved Credit Unions who are buying or selling a home. The program connects you with the Century 21 Cornerstone Realtors Affinity Program team to enjoy a host of benefits including:
- 20% of the commission amount credited back to you
- 25% of commission earned credited back to you when selling
- $500 Closing Cost Credit
- Discounts (10%-40% savings with Affinity Partners 30 days from close of escrow) on home services such as movers, security systems, rental cars and more
- Access to our exclusive Bay Area real estate listings
- Work with the experts: Affinity Mortgage Specialists and Century 21 Realtors
- Referrals of non-members will receive the same benefits
I’M NOT A MEMBER OF AN AFFINITY-APPROVED CREDIT UNION. CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE AFFINITY PROGRAM?
Affinity-Approved Credit Union members can share the Affinity Program benefits with non-members by referring them to a member of the Century 21 Affinity Team. Non-Affinity-Approved Credit Union members are eligible for the 20-25% commission credit, but not the $500 closing cost refund.
DO I HAVE TO USE A CENTURY 21 REALTOR?
Yes, to take advantage of the Affinity Program you must use a realtor affiliated with the Century 21 Cornerstone Realtors Affinity Program.
WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY CREDITED BACK TO ME?
Members will get their 20-25% discount plus $500 worth of closing costs in one lump sum, at close of escrow. This closing cost credit will show as “credit to buyer” or “credit to seller” on your final paperwork. One of our Century 21 realtors will be present at closing to answer your questions about the process.
